About Us

Founder and Director Madelaine Imber brings over 25 years of experience as an educational strategist, leadership development expert, senior manager, and curriculum design specialist across diverse educational and policy environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Sociology from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma of Education and a Master of Education Degree (research) from the University of Melbourne. Her foundational experience as an English and Literature teacher in Victorian government secondary schools grounds her work in classroom realities. She maintains active Victorian Institute of Teaching registration and Working with Children certification, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional standards and child safety.
